Dear Beth and Dennis,
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I am so HAPPY!!! I have a place for ALL of my hats and other things I had in storage. I don't have to live with my family anymore.
My bankruptcy just became final. I didn't think I would ever get a home or even an apartment for myself again. I couldn't even get into SEE an apartment. When they found out I had declared bankruptcy they said I didn't qualify and they wouldn't even show me the apartment.
But that was before I asked Beth,"Do you think you could do something for me" and you said, "Let's see what we CAN do". You had me fill out a very simple application.
And NOW, I have my OWN HOME. I still can't belive it. GOD is Good !!. He has certainly blessed me. You did something for me that no one else would do, YOU CARED!

Dear Dennis and Beth,
I really had my heart set on another one of your homes. you had done such a great job on restoring it. Someone else beat me to it with their deposit. Even though I came with a Very SUBSTANTIAL DEPOSIT. I was abe to take the back up position just in case. When it was official and I had lost out, You were kind enough to show me another home in the general area that you hadn't started rehabbing yet.
I Could See the House Could Work For ME. But when you said "I COULD DIRECT HOW I WANTED IT DONE. I Was EXCITED! You let me pick out the paint colors both inside and out. Carpet Color, Light and Fan Fixtures,etc. Plus, I Got MY WISH with ALL New Bisque Color MAYTAG Appliances. You even got me the Refrigerator with the Freezer on the Bottom. YOU DID IT ALL JUST LIKE I WANTED.
You were BOTH GREAT To Work With. Thanks for working around my work schedule.
Your Lease Option Program GIVES ME TIME TO WORK WITH MY CREDIT ISSUES. You even Reward ME for Making My Payments On Time. I'll be Able to Qualify Sooner for My Home Ownership. I will be very proud of my new home for a long time.

"We've finally done it" Is what I screamed when my husband and Igot home from seeing the house of our dreams. We've been searching for a home for almost a year until I found 2 very special people, Beth and Dennis Emmers with Home Options Made Easy.
I had spoken with many real estate agents and lenders only to come up with no luck. The problem was not being able to afford a home, my husband makes good money. But it was due to bad decisions we had made in the past that made our credit very poor.
I saw an add in the Sunday paper that read "Lease Option, UGLY CREDIT OK!" My first response was, "Yeah, right, I heard that one before" but some thing was nagging me to call and it just didn't stop. I called Beth, the following day and told her what I wanted. Within
2 days she called me back and told me she had a home that she thought would fit my needs and what I wanted.
She took the time out to find what would meet our needs. Not what she thought we would like. She cared about our happiness with the home instead of pushing it on us, like some other agents had. She gave us an option, she simply said, "If this home isn't what you want we will keep looking until we find you that special home". That made it easier, because it let us know that this is a person that wants what is best for us and wants to help us achieve our goals.
Within 2 weeks we came to an agreement and we were able to get the home that we wanted with little money down. When I thought it was impossible, 2 angels came out of no where and they made it all possible. IF THEY CAN HELP US , trust me when I say THEY CAN HELP ANYONE, because I thought we had no hope and they came and solved our problems. Beth and Dennis believe in second chances and they are willing to work as hard as they have to with you so you can have a second chance, too. Home Options Made Easy is truly the perfect name for their business because they turned a year long dead end search into a 2 week solution.

We just wanted to say how grateful we are to have such good friends as Beth and Dennis Emmers...my husband Chris and I have been wanting to move into a house for awhile, and our credit isn't the best....they never once gave up on helping us and are a blessing sent from heaven...
I don't work outside the home and with what my husband makes we were able to pull it off...only a few more weeks and we are in our first home ever....we don't know what we would do if we didn't have the Emmers in our lives...they are very kind, loving people and want to help you the best way they can...
our little boy will be 1 in July and to us it is really neat that we will be in a home before he is 1 year old...

Dear Dennis and Beth,
We are so thankful we found you! We didn't have any credit and no one wanted to work with us. One man told me to get a secured credit card and call him back in 2 to 3 years. I didn't know what that was.
My husband and I moved back here from Florida to take care of my mother and father-in-law. We needed a place big enough for all of us. Their little one bedroom apartment wasn't going to work.
When I first talked with you I knew you were not like the others that I had talked with. You were caring, kind and concerned about what we needed and when we needed it.
You answered all of my questions and concerns at all different times of the day and evening. You even gave me your personal cell phone number.
You worked hard in making the house we wanted available when we needed it. We knew it wasn't easy but you were willing to sacrifice for us.. That really ment a lot to all of us.

You said you would even help us establish our credit so we can qualify to buy our house soon. In the mean time we are enjoying our house. You are even giving us ideas and suggestions on changes we can make and allowing us to do them to make it our home, one we can be proud of!

Dear Dennis and Beth,
We are so grateful that our freinds called you to see if you could help us.
They knew our house was scheduled to be sold at the Sheriff's sale next month. I had gotten so sick over loosing my house and not having any luck selling it that I just gave up.
Thanks for buying our home out of foreclosure and saving our credit. It looks better on our credit that it was sold before it went to the Sheriff's steps to sell. I know you worked hard with the bank, we prayed for your success!

On a whim, we decided to call Beth and Dennis regarding a great house in Westerville.
I knew there was only hope of leasing with options to buy after a recent chaper 7, (less than 1 year). After filling out the applicaation, and not gaining approval we lost hope and just decided to stay where we were. After I gave up. Beth and Dennis kept working behind the scenes. I got a surprise phone call, 'Hey guess what, we found a lender for you, the house is yours!!!" Beth and Dennis performed a miracle for us and got financing not for a lease but for a PURCHASE! I never would have been able to do it on my own. These folks are connected. Call them for your own miracle. The rates we got were very good, the banker I spoke with was equally surprised. Dear Dennis and Beth,
I have wanted to write you guys a letter to say thank you for all you are doing for us. The both of you are truly great people that was sent to us threw the grace of God, a miracle that we didn' think could happen.
If it wasn't for you two we would not be living here and becoming home owners for the first time. We have never had this opportunity to do this; all odds have always been against us, every corner that we have turned has been a dead end and we were starting to lose hope. Then here you guys came along and are giving us hope that the dream that we have always had is really going to happen and that there is people that do care.
We have been threw a lot these past few years. In 2002 we almost lost Zoey in a drowning accident. She was dead when we pulled her out ot the poo and Bill brung her back before the ambulance got there. Shw was in the hospital for 17 days. the first week was touch and go, the doctors told us that she might not make it and to bring the entire family in. This was the hardest thing to hhear in my entire life was that my daughter might not make it. So I prayed and she made it. That was our first miracle.
Then this year we lost our home. that was hard to have told our kids that we were going to have to move and live with family for a little while. They cried and so did I. We haven't been in that kind of situation since Tyler was a bably. Then when we was about to give up you two came along and made us believe in miracles again. Because if it wasn't for you guys this would not be happening for us. So even though the rental price until everything is said and done is really steep we are going to give it everything we got to make this work no matter what we have to sacrifice.
So, even if the kids might not have the best Christmas, with lots of gifts because of finances; at least they have the love of family and friends and a home of their very own. A home of their very own that we didn' think would happen.
So please let me say THANK YOU again for everything. You guys are our second miracle. We have made you guys apart of our family because of you guys giving us the hope and the ability to believe again.
